The Gumtree Estate residential subdivision was completed in June 2017 following significant additional works including a new 300mm distribution water main for GV Water along Reservoir Rd. The 72 lot development was constructed together with the adjacent Piper Views development (a further 8 lots) and included 20,000m3 of earthworks, 2km of stormwater drainage, 1.4km of sewer and over 10,000m2 of pavements. In addition , 2 Gross Pollutant Traps were installed together with the creation of a large retention basin.
